How does Whoosh keep me safe from scams?
We hold your payment in escrow and only release funds to the seller after you confirm the item arrived as described. Can I return an item?
Returns are allowed only if the item materially differs from the description or arrives damaged. We’ll investigate and facilitate the resolution.
Who handles delivery and how much does it cost?
Whoosh arranges door‑to‑door delivery via trusted couriers. Fees depend on size/weight and your location; we’ll confirm before shipping.
Are items verified?
Yes. We vet sellers and require proof of ownership before listing. Items stored with Whoosh are inspected and professionally photographed.
When is my card charged and when is the seller paid?
You pay at checkout; Whoosh holds funds until you confirm receipt. Then we release the seller’s payout.
What if my item is damaged in transit?
Tell us within 24–48 hours (with photos). We’ll manage the courier claim and make it right per our policy.

Do I have to meet buyers?
No. Buyers and sellers never meet. Whoosh handles marketing, negotiation, payment, and logistics
How does consignment work with Whoosh?
You submit details; we may collect/store, photograph, and list your item across multiple marketplaces. When it sells, Whoosh buys it from you and on‑sells to the buyer. You’re paid after buyer confirmation, less commission/fees.
Who sets the price?
We recommend pricing from market data and may adjust or promote to facilitate a sale. Final pricing control sits with Whoosh unless otherwise agreed in writing.
What if I change my mind?
If items are in storage: storage + return delivery fees apply.
If already marketed: a penalty applies.
If sold pending delivery: a higher penalty applies.
Do you insure stored items?
Yes. Items in Whoosh storage are insured for the agreed minimum sales value recorded at intake.
When do I get paid?
Within 5 business days after buyer delivery confirmation, minus commission and any agreed logistics/storage fees.
